Farmer Brown’s Pastured Eggs is committed to protecting your privacy. We comply with the National Privacy Principles and all other relevant Australian legislation.

We may use the email provided to contact you regarding your order status or deliveries.

We may provide links to other websites on our Website. We are not responsible for the privacy policy and/or practices of those third-party websites and do not endorse the content or opinions expressed therein. You should be sure to read the privacy policy of any third-party website you choose to access.

We will not disclose any personal information to any Third Parties without your consent unless we are required to do so by law or to enforce the terms of this Agreement or in the event of the sale of Farmer Brown’s Pastured Eggs to any third party.

Intellectual Property

We either own or have a valid licence to use all intellectual property included on this Website, including, but not limited to registered and unregistered trade marks, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video clips, software, data compilations, button icons and digital downloads.

Nothing contained herein grants you any licence or any right to use, in any way, any of the intellectual property included on the Website without our prior written consent.

Delivery Policy

Farmer Brown’s will deliver eggs to workplaces each fortnight this will be on a Thursday or a Friday. Subscribers credit cards will be charged on the Wednesday prior to delivery. When payment is processed subscribers will receive an email to say the eggs will be delivered in the next 2 days.

Returns / Refund Policy

Please check your order carefully when you pick up your delivery. No claims will be recognised after 24 hours. If 24 hours have elapsed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you believe the produce you’ve received is defective, damaged, please call or email to let us know. We’ll require photographs that illustrate the problem so we can be clear what the issue is. If the problem can’t be determined via photographic evidence we may ask to view the actual product.

Replacement of goods

If your claim is accepted, we will happily replace the item as quickly as we can, or refund the payment made for this item.


Once your claim is approved, we’ll process the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This process may take up to a week to occur.

Order Cancellation or Postponement

We ask that you give us 14 days’ notice if you are going to terminate or temporarily postpone your egg delivery subscription.
